All this is wishful thinking. As soon as the government unleashes the Guards it will be game over ... They are brutal ....
Where is that Second Amendment when Iran needs one? Or put differently, now would be a great time for the Saudis to dump some weapons into the hands of dissidents. They, and the rest of the region, would benefit from a more secular regime.
