Obama dined with Hawaii judge who blocked latest Version of Trump's travel EO. The above tweet also posted on restaurants Facebook page. Two hours later, the judge presented a 43 page decision to block the EO. The Judge and Obama both graduated from Harvard the same year according to the Judge’s Wikipedia page.
This interference by Obama must be illegal.

Facebook is now disputing shared posts if Snopes and/or AP disagrees with them.

Andrew Torba (head of Gab) shared this image with the comment “Thought crime violation!”

Totally Orwellian.

Chain of custody was not maintained regarding sensitive data. A laptop and anything sensitive is NEVER to be left in an unattended vehicle. If the story is true, the agent was sloppy and slipshod regarding clearances.

According to Politico:

...Two of the sources said that some items stolen from the vehicle — including a set of lapel pins that allow agents entry into security perimeters around dignitaries protected by the Secret Service — had been recovered in the vicinity soon after the break-in.

One person who is in contact with the Secret Service said that an agency-issued radio used for secure closed-circuit communications also was among the stolen items, but the person did not know whether it had been recovered. ...

TLEP,
the agent was sloppy and slipshod regarding clearances

Two thoughts:

1. Incompetence rules these days. Incompetence is now a "skillset" cultivated by the public school systems and higher levels of academia.

2. Maybe it wasn't so much sloppiness as the prospect of selling some of the data to interested parties.

Chain of custody was violated. When I was in the Navy another member told me about the time an officer secured information in the trunk of his car. Even that is not allowed. Information of sensitive nature cannot be left out in the wild. It has to be maintained on the person or inside a facility, inside a locked office, inside a locked compartment; never, ever left in a vehicle.

If the agent was THAT inattentive regarding an inanimate object what about the POTUS?!
