"Angered migrants threw missiles and charged one another with iron and wooden bars at the Stalingrad Metro..."...in Paris.

PARIS has a Metro station named after a city named after a mass murderer who killed on a scale greater than Nazi Germany!

Stalingrad is the name of a city in Russia, which used to be called Tsaritsyn from 1589 to 1925 when the name was changed to Stalingrad. ‘Stalin’ means man of steel or leader. Stalingrad - (Stalin) as in Joseph Stalin, and (grad) or (Город) which is the Russian word for city = Stalin's City
Now it is called Volgograd because of its location on the Volga River. Stalingrad was defended by the Russians when Germans laid siege to it during WWII . The city was named after their Dictator.

YOU JUST CAN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP!

Yeah.

I'm glad to hear I was not the only person shocked by that.

I have been to Paris, but I didn't travel through this station apparently, or did not understand it when it was being pronounced over the speaker system.
