Cruz includes Frank Gaffney on "security team."

Ted Cruz names his choice for advisors. Prominent among them is Frank Gaffney, who I assume needs no introduction here. Reuters immediately goes ballistic with the following headline: "Presidential candidate Cruz names Islam critics among advisers." Imagine that? Critics of Islam!

From Reuters:

"The list also included Frank Gaffney, a former official in the Reagan administration, and at least two other members of a think tank Gaffney founded, the Center for Security Policy. The center's reports, published on its website, argue that hundreds of thousands of American Muslims support Islamist violence in the United States and that there is a conspiracy to erode the U.S. legal system by elevating sharia, the Islamic legal code. The Southern Poverty Law Center, a civil rights organization based in Montgomery, Alabama, that monitors domestic hate groups and other extremists in the United States, has labeled the Center for Security Policy a "hate group" and Gaffney a "notorious Islamophobe."

Cruz just got my attention. Indeed, he has a lot going for him, including guts and intelligence. Let's see if he backs down. If not, he has my vote.

A very good choice, indeed. Now, if Trump and Cruz could bury the hatchet and unite...they'd shut down the GoPe and RNC maneuverings to lock both of them out.
I have serious doubts that the elite have any real intention of supporting either Trump or Cruz, since Kasich, Rubio, Bush and Romney all have hinted at a brokered convention

Just watch: this will give the GOP managers the excuse they want to kick Cruz to the curb. The managers will not stand for any "Islamophobe" as the candidate.

Open borders is the most important thing to Republicans. They don't stand against Obama on anything, but they stand against Trump for wanting a wall and an moratorium on Muslim immigration.

What does that tell you?

Marco Rubio who is for the continued porous border situation SUPPORTS Ted Cruz and bashes Donald Trump non-stop, as do all other open borders sluts.

The GOP MUST GO.
We have no hope with any GOP candidate, not even Cruz.

In my opinion.

If the GOPe is willing to roll over for every Democrat initiative, but it is not willing to roll over for Open Borders, ask yourself why they would support Cruz/Rubio, and hate Trump?

Is Trump worse than the Democrats?

How many major GOP players have already said they'd rather have HIllary?

What do you think the meaning of this is?

Pastorious doth make a good observation,

We're all like junkies going back to the needle thinking we can still get high from the GOP. But the GOP is out to destroy us, so we have to destroy them.

Gaffney is a good choice, but Pasto is right about the border

Cruz has no chance against SH (shrieking harridan).

His Planned Parenthood stance which is so 'staunch' now, ALONE, will doom him out in the real world.

Anyway, it seems hysteria which looked ot be at a peak, has now jumped AGAIN in the last 24 hours, so I expect the end of the GOP about the time Bernie is sworn in on SCOTUS
