For my part, I do not think Obama is unwell.
I think he is doing exactly what he wants to do, and he is highly successful at it.
We, who oppose him, ought to acknowledge, he beats us at every fucking step.

What is striking is that the ‘senior EU diplomat’ said it was the opinion of his/her government, not his/her personal opinion, that Obama was considered a candidate for removal from office for insanity.
The European Union Web site lists the following countries as members. One of these nations apparently believes Obama is “quite mentally unwell”: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
