Ireland Prime Minister Enda Kenny visited President Obama at the White House for St. Patrick’s Day only to be embarrassed by what appeared to be an epic snub.
As cameras snapped, Obama turned away from the Taoiseach and left him hanging during a clear attempt at a handshake.I don't know. Watch the video. I can't figure out whether this is a snub, or if Obama is just being socially inept. It certainly is a gaffe of some sort, whether maliciously intended or not.

The clown was apparently coached from behind the cameras about the gaff. Notice how he immediately turns and looks directly at the Irish PM's hands first. Ineptitude is just another one of this clown's specialties.

Yeah, I noticed that too. I think he just doesn't have it in him to be gracious half the time. If he's not bowing, he's being an autistic geek filled with idealized hatred for colonialists. He's a very odd and fucked up man.
