California Schools Prepare To Implement New Transgender Laws

Boys Will Be Using Their Penises
In The Presence of Your Daughters

From Digital Journal:

Sacramento - The law allowing transgender K-12 students to choose what bathroom they want to use, what gender-specific sports they want to play, and what dress code they adhere to is set to go into effect, and public schools are gearing up to comply with the law.
On January 1, 2014, the law will launch in time for the spring semester, according to the Associated Press. However, school administrators, teachers, and coaches are waiting to see if the law will face a repeal referendum which could delay the activation of the law until after it is voted on in November.
The law is the first of its kind in the U.S., which will allow students who identify as transgender to participate in gender-specific activities and sports with which they identify. The law will also allow students to choose whatever restrooms they feel comfortable using as well as what dress code they adhere to.
A conservative group called Privacy for All Students has collected hundreds of thousands of signatures supporting the repeal. They have until January 8 to have the signatures verified. The secretary of state will ultimately decide if the verified signatures are valid and call for the referendum to proceed.
Karen England of the Capitol Resource Institute, a pro-family organization, criticizes the bill stating the bill "was never about helping a few children that experience gender dysphoria. It is about furthering the radical lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender [LGBT] agenda by utilizing the public school system to force acceptance of the lifestyle on our children," reports The New American.
