Leaflet: You Must Accept My Religion

ONE OF OUR allies sent us a new idea for raising awareness. And we have a new leaflet. It's really good and different than the first two. (Read more about the first two and get links to them here.) It is entitled, "You Must Accept My Religion." This new one never mentions the words "Islam" or "Mohammad." Why not? Here's how the author explained it:

I have tried to reveal the essential thrust of Islam without once using those words. It’s like a gestalt. I think Islam is uniquely defined by its rules and the character of its founder that, hopefully, people will focus on those instead of being inoculated against the message by the hot trigger words that seem to numb so many peoples' brains. I would also like to think that someone trying to challenge what the leaflet says would be forced to admit that we all know it’s about Islam precisely because it sets out some of its defining features.

What a great idea! The author of these leaflets is very innovative about doing the most important thing we can do: Educate our fellow non-Muslims about Islam. Download a PDF or print the leaflet here: You Must Accept My Religion.

For the previous leaflets we used Google Docs, but so many people had problems with it, we've switched over to Scribd. Please let us know if it works better.

In a letter to us, another of our allies talked about a few other things he does to help raise awareness. Here's what he said:

I just wanted to share some things with you that I do to make a stand. I find these things empowering and I think a lot of your readers would also. They are small things but they make a difference. One of the things that really annoys me about living near Muslims is that their standpoint is written all over them and you’re just left feeling like a cipher. Isn’t there a way of saying “I reject your way of life” without getting arrested or beaten black and blue?

One thing I do is to wear a lapel badge of the Israeli flag — I live in an area where there are a lot of Muslims and (almost as bad) left wingers. I wear it in such a way that when my collar is turned up it doesn’t show so if there are some particularly aggressive people about I turn it inwards. When I’m in a public space where there are lots of security cameras, I show it more. Because Israel and Jews are such objects of loathing to Muslims, by wearing this badge I am implicitly rejecting Islam and its virulent anti-Semitism. Israel is on the front line in this worldwide struggle (though I realise in a sense we all are now) and supporting Israel is a way to rebuff some of the madness and evil. No-one can accuse you of a “hate crime” or “Islamophobia” (I don’t accept the validity of these but they are forced upon us) but you can still make a statement. Israel is a beacon of western civilisation and it is good to show our solidarity with her.

I also have an IDF cap with a Star of David and “Israel” boldly stitched across the front. I wear this when I go to the supermarkets or department stores as I think I would actually be very quickly assaulted if I wore it anywhere else. It’s a good bold statement of support for a great country taking a lot of flak from the Jihad and the wretched left-wing fools. You can easily get badges from suppliers on ebay and I got my cap from a company in Israel. It’s good to support Israeli companies too.

I think by wearing these things it also brings it into the awareness of less partial people too. It puts another dimension into the public space. If more people did it, it would have a much greater impact. If people challenge you about Israel, it opens up an opportunity to dispel some of the malicious mythology that has been built up over the last few decades. I must say no-one has said anything to me yet but a lot have noticed the badge and been made to wonder a little.

Lately there have been multiple cases reported from UK, of Pakistani origin nationals involved in sex crimes. Does the alliance plan to blog a post on that?

I liked this post a lot, CW, but I found the character spacing and flow a bit kludgy when I tried to cut and paste it into wordpad.

So I started out just fixing those, but then ended up editing more heavily. For anyone who might prefer my version, here it is. Refine it further to your heart's content.

“YOU MUST ACCEPT MY RELIGION!”
I may have been dead for over 1000 years, but I am still very much alive. Although my bones have long since turned to dust, today I live through my many followers and through the rules of the religion I created for the world.

I told my people I was a Prophet - THE LAST PROPHET in fact, and that there can never be another one after me. I was very clear about that so they came to know me as THE SEAL of the the Prophets.

My highest ambition has always been to dominate all the peoples of the world and to either convince or compel them to live by the rules of my religion. I will accept nothing less than total obedience. In the end, I am to be praised and revered by every single person on earth. If you obey my rules, and serve my ambition, you will be rewarded. If you disobey them, you will face the wrath of my followers in this life and the fires of hell in the next.

Today my followers are working to enforce my rules over the entire world. But when I was just getting started, I was careful to cover my ambition for world dominance in the cloak of a religion so that my supreme authority would have the backing of the Almighty. For who would ever dare to disobey me then?

And the religious cloak has served me very well. It has inspired my followers to kill and be killed in the service of my religion, and it has allowed them to cast their bloodshed in the light of holiness.

But while violence can be an effective way to spread my religion, there are numerous other more subtle ways that can sometimes work even better. These include persuading, persecuting, cajoling, lying, threatening, soothing, confusing, bullying, silencing, migrating, hyper-breeding, spreading disinformation, and attempting to overwhelm and overburden all other systems so that they ultimately collapse under their own weight. Hey, whatever it takes to spread my "religion" and ensure it becomes dominant, right?

In fact, under my religion morality itself is turned inside out so that the concept of "good" simply becomes "that which is good for my religion", and the concept of "bad" becomes "that which is bad for my religion". Clever huh?

The main purpose of my religion is to destroy all other religions so that all worship on earth is for me and my religion only.

Here are the basic rules of my religion:

1. You should be prepared to mortally fight to the death to spread my religion. In fact this is your highest calling. And if you should die in the process of doing that, your soul will automatically be accepted into paradise.

2. If anyone rejects my religion they must be fought to the death, or enslaved. In a few select cases, those who are defeated may be permitted to "keep" their old religion, but they will be forced to live in abject submission intended to make them feel humiliated and subdued".

3. If you should ever attempt to leave my religion, you must be killed. It's an obligation on all my loyal followers to see to it.
4. If you mock, insult, or resist my religion, you must be killed.

Today my religion is enjoying remarkable success. For all the technical wizardry of you modern unbelievers, I must say that you are the greatest fools I have ever seen. Your greatest weakness is that you seem to be willing to put up with anything my followers do in order to cling to your pathetic illusions of "peace". Somehow you have convinced yourselves that war is the greatest evil on earth - to be avoided at all costs, and this simply makes you weaker and easier to conquer. My people have no such qualm about war. We embrace it and we even elevate it to the highest virtue. My people need only threaten disorder, and you unbelievers fall all over yourselves in trying to avoid giving the slightest offense. The violence of my followers and their implied violence terrifies you into paralysis and submission.

And even though a few of you, like Robert Spencer, have become alarmed and are speaking out about all this, we generally ignore them or label them as "racists" or "hate mongers". What a joyous weapon you have placed in my follower's hands with this little word "racism". Sometimes we even proclaim unbelievers are being "phobic", as though they are suffing from a type of mental disorder, if they speak out and try to oppose our goal to conquer them. The so called "leftists among you always eat that up.

But what can we say, we regularly murder you unbelievers for the slightest insult and you meekly come to us with grovelling apologies and promises to punish anyone else who dares to offend us - offends our religion, which hangs over you like a death sentence!

You fools evem imagine that by tolerating my religion for the present, you are accepting it. This will do for now because it allows my followers to gather strength, but in the long run it will not suffice. To accept my religion is to obey my religion one hundred percent.

And now you understand, for all the good will it do you.
