Pakistani Taliban Says It’s Planning Terror Attacks on America, Europe

(Telegraph)- A senior commander in the Pakistan Taliban last night announced it was planning terror strikes against targets in the US and Europe similar to the Times Square bomb plot.
Qari Hussain Mehsud, who commands suicide squads for the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), said he was proud that the US had added his organisation to its international terrorism blacklist on Wednesday.
And he and promised a fresh wave of attacks that would resemble the attempted Times Square bombing earlier this year.

Question of the night: What would be the likely effect on the American public right now of a "successful", say, Mumbai-level attack by Islamists in this country?
I'm sure it would terrorize us into instant dhimmi status. We would never again open our big fat mouths. And, we would, for sure, vote Obama back into office.
Most of us would renounce Christianity, Judaism, and Secularism, and start investigating Islam as an alternative.

I say, bring it on.
America, even though it is now struggling with internal troubles and debt problems, should - IMHO - follow Cheney's advice from way back and bomb Pakistan back to the 14th century. Pakistan used to be a beautiful country with lovely people, but since 1947 and the surge of Islamification it has slowly but steadily sunk into the morass of a pedophile's death cult. It needs to be dealt with urgently, otherwise these ignorant and barbaric uncivilized death-cult members will continue to wave their sticks at the west.
