Everyone has now heard the idiot Pat Robertson's statement that Haiti's ills stem from a pact with Satan.
Well, the liberals at the New York Times have their own version of Satan. For example, Tracy Kidder places the responsibility for Haiti's political problems on everyone except Haitians and their leaders. Topping the list is the Great Satan herself, the United States of America. For the denizens of the NYT, attacking America for all the world's problems never goes out of style.
However, now is hardly the time to be playing the blame game. Truly loathsome, even for the despicable Times.

Kidder is an idiot. I've heard this b.s. about Haiti forever. There is nothing socialists like better than a basket case like Haiti that they can blame on the Evil Capitalists knowing that it will probably never dig itself out of its own hole and prove them wrong. Especially now that the hole just got so much deeper.
I'm surprised the NY Slimes didn't also blame Israel for the Haitian mess.
