Obama is working harder on AGW/CO2 and Obamacare than unemployment and Iran/WW4.AND OBAMA IS NOT EFFECTIVE IN THESE TWO AREAS EITHER.

I expected SOMEWHAT more from what I thought to be a smart AND PRAGMATIC GUY
But J Carter was a highly respected nuclear engineer and governor, wasn't he?
