The Problem With Stoning Women

Ali Eteraz writes a long post about the stoning of women in Iran. He's against the wretched punishment.

One would think that Muslims in the West would support Eteraz but sadly no:

My only problem with the stoning sentences is that they are not equally prosecuted for men and women. I also think that there is room to grow in this area and use modern techniques such as lethal injection; but I do believe that death is an appropriate sentence for these kinds of crimes.

So, if the Iranian regime stoned men to death for committing adultery, then that would be considered an improvement by Umar Lee.

This is so vile that no-one can actually make it up.
